Born in a family of Ukrainian immigrants who moved to Belgium with just $300 in the late ’90s, my brother Timofey and I learned early what it meant to start with little—but dream big.
Where should I start? I remember waiting for our father to come home from work. He’d bring old printed papers—discarded documents from his job. But for us, they were blank canvases. We’d flip them over and draw entire worlds filled with castles, animals, and whatever else our imaginations could create. That’s where it all started, our creativity... In our late teens, just after I quit my job in the construction industry. With our father by our side, we built our first workbench at home. It wasn’t fancy—but it was ours. That humble setup became the starting point of everything.
We immersed ourselves in the art of goldsmithing, learning by watching skilled artisans and practicing relentlessly.
